Sorry.... Fire pits, campfires, and fireworks are NOT permitted. For the benefit of all our guests, we must insist upon absolute quiet after 10:00PM.
There is a 2-night minimum on weekends and a 3-night minimum on some holiday and event weekends. For cottages & 1 bdrm efficiencies, there is a 2-night minimum in the spring & fall, and a weekly minimum during the summer.

A deposit equal to one night's stay is required for all nightly stays. A $300.00 deposit is required for all weekly stays. Deposits must be received within 14 days of making your reservation to be confirmed. We are not responsible for reservations not guaranteed by deposit. We cannot be expected to automatically hold the same dates for you each year unless we are notified prior to your departure and a deposit is received.
All reservations under deposit are subject to a cancellation fee. Rain or Shine, we cannot allow refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Nightly Stays: cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival: $15.00 fee; cancelled less than 5 days: $25.00 fee
cancelled on the day of arrival or no show: NO REFUND
Weekly Stays: cancelled prior to February 1st: $50.00 fee; cancelled after Feb. 1st: NO REFUND
Pets are not allowed on the motel property or in guest rooms
Motel rooms receive daily maid service throughout the season.
Cottages & 1 bdrm efficiencies DO NOT receive daily maid service. Linens and towels are provided during the spring and fall, and can be exchanged at the motel office. During the summer, linens are supplied but guests MUST BRING THEIR OWN TOWELS.
Parking for ONE vehicle per unit is provided. Additional vehicles may be subject to parking fees.
