-There is a two-night minimum in motel units and a three-night minimum for some holidays and special events. 

-For cottages and suites there is also a two-night minimum in the fall and spring and then a weekly minimum the 10 weeks of summer.

​ -A deposit equal to one night's stay is required for all nightly stays. A $500.00 deposit is required for all weekly stays. ​

-Parking for ONE vehicle per unit is provided. Additional vehicles will be subject to parking fees.

-Sorry but we do not allow fire pits, pets, campfires, fireworks or canopy/pop-up tents.

-Minimum check-in age is 21 years of age, a valid ID must be presented at check-in. 

-Our property is for the exclusive use of our REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY.  We do not permit visitors, day or evening, in excess of the headcount allotted for your rental unit type.

Cancellation Policy:

All reservations are subject to a cancellation fee per unit. Rain or shine, we cannot allow refunds for late arrivals, early departures or arrival day cancellations.

Nightly reservations (6 night or less): If cancelled prior to 14 days to arrival date: $50 fee. If cancelled on the 14th day or less to arrival date, the full deposit is non-refundable.

Weekly reservations (7 nights): If cancelled prior to February 1st: $100 fee. On or after February 1st, deposit non-refundable.
